Purchase Policy

For purchases via The Float Space’s Wellness Living Online Store, Quickpay Pty Ltd “PCG The Float Space” will appear as the merchant on your credit card statement or Quickpay Pty Ltd on bank account statements. Our online merchant charges a declined transactions fee of $8.95 per declined transaction. Please ensure your card has sufficient funds, is valid and the correct details are entered. Please also note that no refunds are available for your purchase.


To schedule an appointment please speak with our receptionist who will guide you to the right treatment choice.  To ensure your preferred time and service is available, we recommend advanced bookings.  Payment of service is required to hold a reservation.  Please let us know in advance if you have any special health or physical considerations which may affect your treatment at the centre.


Your treatment time has been reserved especially for you.  If you need to change or cancel your appointment, you are required to provide 24 hours notice, a 100% cancellation fee will apply if cancelled within 24 hrs of appointment and any gift vouchers will be void. If you have prepaid for a service and are no longer able to attend, please let us know more than 24 hours in advance and we will be more than happy to offer you service credit.

Bookings of 3 services or more require full payment minimum 1 week before appointment date.  If you need to change or cancel your appointment, you are required to provide 72 hours notice.  If cancelled  within 72 days of booking  a 100% cancellation fee will apply and any gift vouchers will be void.

Arrival Times

We ask that you arrive at least 10 mins prior to your scheduled appointment.  This will allow you time to settle in and complete necessary treatment paperwork.  We regret that a late arrival may reduce your treatment time.
