We recommend a float. It gives you the environment where you are just with you and your mind, no external influences, as well as adding many benefits to the body.
Plus, it takes the stress of you feeling like you have to “find a place” or “find a way” to rest without risking grabbing for your phone every few minutes. In a float tank you can’t do that unless you want your phone getting water damage..
