The Float Space offers the most phenomenal experience for detoxification, relaxation and disconnection from the outside world. After my first float I felt the benefits straight away. The space is extremely clean, comfortable and peaceful. The staff are super friendly and relaxed. I highly recommend the sauna followed by a float for the ultimate self care ritual. I gave my mum a sauna/float package as a gift and she hasn't stopped raving about it either. This is definitely a profound healing modality that is now an essential for me.

I recently booked the three float sessions on recommendation by my doctor to help alleviate stress and anxiety. My first visit definitely exceeded my expectations. After my first float I felt a noticeable improvement with my brain fog and generally felt very light and refreshed.
